Competition Terms & Conditions

1. WATERROWER, INC. with registered office is at 560 Metacom Ave, Warren, RI 02885.

2. The prize draw is open to people aged 21 years or over except employees of WATERROWER, INC. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to share your data with WATERROWER, INC.; for email and other marketing and advertising purposes. You can opt-out of email marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any email communication.

6. To enter this competition, you must provide your name, email address and postcode through the provided lead form on paid advertising platforms, email marketing or organic channels.

7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

8. The closing date and time for entry will be 00:00 GMT, 1st November 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received by WATERROWER, INC., for any reason.

10.  The rules of the competition are as follows: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by entries.

12. The prize is as follows: One (1) WaterRower Original Series Oak, One (1) NOHRD TriaTrainer Bench Oak and One (1) NOHRD Swing Tower Oak; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen at random from all qualified entries received and verified by promoter and or its agency.

14. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, WATERROWER, INC. reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

16. The competition and all matters and disputes arising out of or relating to this competition are governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States of America.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
