Return Policy

WATERROWER | NOHRD

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every WATERROWER | NOHRD product purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, the following guidelines explain how to process a return or cancellation.

1. Returns and Cancellation Period

  • · Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • · For orders containing multiple products with separate delivery dates, the 30-day return period applies to each product individually, starting from the date each product was delivered.
  • · Order cancellation is accepted up to midday on the working day before the scheduled delivery or installation date.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

  • · Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by phone at 0208 749 9090.
  • · Include your order number, address, contact number, and any other information that you deem relevant on the return initiation email.

3. Condition of Returned Products


For NOHRD Products

  • · Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories.
  • · If items are returned damaged or in a condition that prevents resale, you may be liable to a reduced refund. The deduction from your refund will be based the reduced value of the product due to its condition.
  • · Custom-made items, including the NOHRD Wall, NOHRD Wall Compact, custom dimension WallBars, or any items with custom details or branding, are not eligible for return.
  • · For the following items, our usual courier service cannot handle returns. Therefore, a collection fee will apply as detailed below. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own method of returning the items to us.

  • - StepBox - £300
  • - Dumbbells - £300
  • - SlimBeam - £250
  • - SquatRack - £250
  • - WeightPlate Tower - £200
  • - NOHRD Bike - £200
  • - Pilates Reformer 86" - £300

In addition to these fees, there is a surcharge of £150 to collect items in Northern Scotland (north of Edinburgh) and in location not on mainland UK.

For WATERROWER Products

  • · Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories.
  • · If items are returned damaged or in a condition that prevents resale, you may be liable to a reduced refund. The deduction from your refund will be based on the reduced value of the product due to its condition.
  • · Custom-made items, defined as WaterRower rowing machines with design modifications, custom details or branding, are not eligible for return.
  • · A collection fee of 5% of the item value will be charged for items installed by our team of service engineers.

4. Returns Process

  • 1. Submit a Request: Email [email protected] with your order details.
  • 2. Collection Arrangement: We will coordinate collection via our courier service or our own fleet at no additional cost.
  • 3. Refund Confirmation: Refunds will be processed once our quality control team inspects the returned item(s) no more than 7 days after the item(s) are collected from you.

5. Refund Details

Refunds include product and any delivery costs. Refunds will be processed promptly upon inspection of the returned items and issued to the original payment method unless other arrangements are made.
